Client Satisfaction Survey- we can not improve if we do not know what we are doing wrong. Encourage your clients to complete the survey once a quarter.
Estimated Fees- PA, FL- the estimated fee sheet will allow you to provide fairly accurate quotes of additional fees they will see at closing besides the premium. Please contact us if there are any fees you do not understand. PA- rate cards are available for use in quoting insurance premiums. FL- premiums are more complex, call the office for a price quote.
Title Insurance Order Form- this form can be used to place title insurance orders. It contains all the information the office needs to process an order. This form is NOT required to place an order. Clients can also place orders via our website www.carnancolandtransfer.com or they can fax us their own form. We would prefer clients to place orders directly with the office to avoid processing delays, however you should always keep an order form with you in case you can convince a prospect to place an order immediately.
Prospect/Visitation Log- used to inform the main offices of prospective clients so we can give you credit if they contact the office or send in an order
W9- must be completed by every sales rep. this form is used to report your earnings at the end of the year
Sales Rep. Contact Sheet- As you build your team of sales reps. make sure they complete this form and send it to the Pennsylvania Office.
